ATA was hired to renovate this residence on Bayview Drive in Fort Lauderdale.

Working with the owner, ATA created a new inviting entry portico and facade, renovated all the public spaces in the house and reconfigured the master bedroom suite. This project was awarded the "2005 WOW of the Year Award" by the Community Appearance Board of Ft. Lauderdale.
