ATA took an old property badly in need of repair and created a new welcoming home for a young growing family.

The existing conditions required some substantial renovations of the front of the house that had been poorly constructed and maintained. The design by removing the existing series of glass doors that had been added in recent years returned the house to its original plan. This created a new covered front porch and new protected entrance.

A wall of windows allows light to filter deep into the living room. The interior public spaces have also been completely renovated. Whereas before the interior spaces where comprised by a series of rooms, now all the rooms are visually interconnected and allow positive family interaction.
