“The Fillmore” is a new condominium development near the heart of downtown Hollywood, Florida. The design features 26 dwelling units with covered parking, a lap pool located on the second level interior court and a health club.

Eight of the multi-story dwellings are accessed directly from the street. The remaining dwellings are accessed either from the interior court or an elevator.

Typical elements found in the architecture developed locally MIMO (Miami Modern) and recognized throughout the world for its visual charm and architectural value have been made, reinterpreted, an integral part of the design.
